Free Training Sessions

Contact Encyclopædia Britannica for exceptional Professional Development programs for librarians and teachers across all disciplines. Britannica’s training sessions assist in:

  • Integrating technology into the library/classroom and research projects
  • Giving staff confidence to promote the use of this online resource
  • Building information literacy and research skills.

Online training sessions run for approximately one hour and all you need is a data projector or interactive whiteboard to involve all of your staff.

"Britannica is a quality teaching tool. The site is fluid and evolving and allows teachers to shape their own unit of work. The teachers were excited following the training session which highlighted many features they didn’t know about." - Trish Ramsay, Librarian, Clarence Valley Anglican School

“Thanks so much for the session you conducted today. As you could probably tell at the end, it was very well received and the teachers went away buzzing about all the features they hadn’t previously known about.” - Ros King, Library Technician, St Joseph's College Geelong
